Join the multiple Group 1-winning trainer George Boughey!
Fresh from presiding over the careers of BOW ECHO & LIBERTANGO, George Boughey and his bloodstock team turn their hands, alongside team MPR, to searching for their next superstar - and look what we’ve come up with - a stunning daughter of the first season Whitsbury Manor bred stallion & Group 2 Sandy Lane winning sprinter EL CABALLO - furthermore our filly is out of an already BLACK TYPE producing DANSILI mare.
Foaled 11th February, there’s every reason to believe from her pedigree (family of MIESQUE) & her foaling date that her owners could be in for a very exciting 2027 on the track - she qualifies for the Weatherbys Super Sprint & the Harry’s Half Million - both races will be firmly on George’s radar come next summer, perhaps targeting one of the £25,000 Goffs UK bonus races en route to one of these spectacularly valuable targets.
In 2026, MPR were represented in 3 of the 6 Royal Ascot 2yo races, one of which was won by George’s Libertango no less- we can, of course, dream of this filly’s participation there too, come 2027.
She’s a good-bodied filly with plenty of scope; she’ll never lack for size, and we’re pretty sure she’ll make up into a very athletic filly, yes, but with some strength and depth about her too.
Given she’s a half-sister to 103 & 91 Racing Post rated siblings, there’s every reason that we could and possibly should be looking to pick up black type for this filly, which would considerably enhance her future paddock value, and it’ll certainly be on the agenda if at all possible.
All things considered, we thought she represented great value at £32,000 (before commissions and sales race entry fees), and it was a great fillip to this filly’s chances when George suggested that he take a 25% share in her himself - backing her with both his time and effort and also with his hard-earned.
You’d hope she’d hit the track bright and early come the Spring of 2027 and progress nicely through the season.

She is, of course, also qualified for the so-valuable sales race, the 'Harry's Half Million', and the newly installed Bonus Series.
