Winner 96 of 2026: MINSTER MAN, trained by Robert Cowell and ridden by Edward Greatrex. The ‘Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Novice Stakes’ over 5f at Chepstow.

Another straightforward success for our exciting young sprinter Minster Man. The stunning son of Blackbeard, a real eyecatcher according to Luke Harvey from ATR, produced yet again a thoroughly dominant performance at Chepstow.

After a brisk start, he was quickly into stride in the hands of Eddie Greatrex, and his rivals struggled to lay up with him in the early part of the race. Despite being unchallenged, he quickened with ease and went further clear. A rather impressive performance from our son of Blackbeard, who not just carried a penalty to an authoritative win but also handled the softer underfoot conditions well.

Well done to Robert Cowell and his team, who have him in great shape at home and, of course, to all his owners.
