30th April foal - sure to improve no end 

 Steady to stride, and not asked too many questions early on, he clocked the 100th quickest first furlong of the 210 catalogued lots, but then he took off, like a rocket - his second furlong was the 6th fastest - catapulting him forward to 44th position after the first 2f of the breeze - his 5th fastest gallop out time over the final 75 yards or so further enhanced his position at the end of the breeze to an overall to 27th placing. In the final 295 yards, he’s gone from 100th placing to 27th. As others are crying 'enough', he’s just getting going. Given there are no 2.3f races, we can only speculate where he may have finished with a further 2 or 3 furlongs to travel. We’re pretty sure that NASA Scientists could predict it for us; however, we can merely suggest that he’s one of the top dozen most talented horses in this week’s race, the most elite Breeze Up Sale of the season, Arqana.

 It remains distinctly possible, of course, that his trajectory through the breeze is better than that commensurate with a mere top dozen finishing spot - who knows?
