Purchased at the Tattersalls Ascot yearling sale, where we purchased Ventura Rebel - who sold on for a high six figure sum, after being unbeaten in our silks!

By LETHAL FORCE, read the Racing Post story about our purchase here: https://www.racingpost.com/bloodstock/bloodstock-latest/middleham-park-racing-among-the-buyers-stocking-up-at-ascot-yearling-sale/399048. Lethal Force has recently moved to stand in France at Haras de Grandcamp. There’s a saying in racing; “everyone loves a grey” and it’s pretty much true, so it was almost certainly of little surprise to breeder Richard Botterill, that, when first setting foot in the World, he turned out to be, just like his father Lethal Force, a grey. Lethal Force is the sire of Golden Horde, the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup and Group 2 Richmond Stakes winner. Read the story here: https://www.racingpost.com/bloodstock/bloodstock-latest/commonwealth-cup-hero-golden-horde-gives-lethal-force-a-maiden-group-1-winner/438654. He’s an impressive young stallion, who was a very fast and precocious horse himself, yet he trained on magnificently well to take the Hungerford Stakes, the July Cup and the Diamond Jubilee at Royal Ascot.

Very sensibly, the breeder of Fairmac, in this instance, sent his quick mare Kenyan Cat (by the speed influence One Cool Cat) to the speedy sire Lethal Force, having previously had her covered by the middle distance sire Morpheus. Kenyan Cat’s Morpheus produce, Shining Armor, is by some way (5 lbs in fact), the very best progeny of his sire ever, displaying Kenyan Cat’s talents at imparting ability into her stock. Should she impart 5lbs more to her Lethal Force colt’s talents, than any other Lethal Force progeny, and we’d be looking at a horse, here, rated around 117.

He’s a very strong individual, who moves well. He looks tough and robust and has all the assets you’d look for in a nice 2yo performer and beyond.

He is PLUS 10 BONUS qualified. Read more about the scheme here: https://www.plus10bonus.com/

Here he is on the gallops, in third:

Racing Update (3rd Sept): A consitent horse for his owners this year, he always gives his all and is a fun horse to own. His last 8 runs: 2,2,3,1,2,4,2 and 1st, after winning at Haydock today! Timeform rated 90. His race entries/declarations will show on this page.
