Good Tyne Girl
Here's probably the most sensible and most easily affordable route into racehorse ownership. We can offer a free lease into this exciting, unraced 2yo filly by REQUINTO (http://coolmore.com/stallions/requinto/), in training with the master of Musley Bank, Richard Fahey.
She was purchased by Richard for €15,000 at the Goffs Open Sale on November and has done nothing but thrive since her arrival. Richard has gone on record as highlighting her as one of the most improved yearlings to 2yo's that he has at Musley Bank this Winter. She's making great strides and we're thrilled to have her on board.
Being a grey, she is bound to make a heap of appeal to many onlookers but there are two further things which make her of particular appeal to us. Firstly that she, in Richard's words, looks destined for the fillies' race he usually wins in April at Beverley, so nice early action for her syndicate members. It's a race we won with our Richard Fahey trained LILY'S ANGEL, who later went on to be a Group performer for us. Secondly, this filly is closely related to Richard's ALBEN STAR who has won over £300,000 for the yard during his career.
Our filly is speedily bred and looks perfect for races like the Weatherby's Super Sprint, the Redcar 2yo Trophy, which carry over £500,000 in prize money between them. Richard performs so well in these races and being competitive in either or both races is a distinct possibility. There are so many options available to this filly, the world is her oyster.
We hint that she's a very affordable route into racehorse ownership and that's because we can offer her on a free lease. This means that there is nothing to pay up front to join the syndicate, just our usual, regular monthly lease payment as with any other shareholding with us. All the normal MPR ownership benefits apply, with the sole exception of, as you would expect, a percentage of future resale value of the filly, given that your syndicate association is a lease hold share.
She's very exciting and we can't wait to see her on the track this Spring. She looks the perfect opportunity for a first time owner, looking to dip their toe into racehorse ownership; inexpensive to be part of, whilst still high on expectations.
