Obviously the proof of the pudding will be in the eating, however, we’re quietly confident, (akin to the purchases of Maylandsea. in 2022 for 100,000gns & Malc, in 2023 for 140,000gns who were both Royal Ascot 2yo runners up), that we may have unearthed, again, the bargain of the Craven Breeze Up Sale 2024, with this fabulously well-bred daughter of sire sensation Blue Point for, what thought was, an exceptionally value for money looking 100,000gns. She’s headed, already, to Archie Watson’s Lambourn base where she’s settled in particularly well where we’re off to see her on Saturday morning. Her trainer thinks she’s classy and not necessarily “all speed” however her breeze was so rapid, it’ll be fascinating to learn what her ideal requirements turn out to be. She looks like she’ll be ready to run very soon and hopefully we can sneak a debut into her, this side of Royal Ascot, which would be nice.
