“Middleham Park Racing is the winning most syndicate in the country and it is an absolute pleasure to be able to train for them. We have been very fortunate over the years to have had some fantastic horses together, including Toormore, Kool Kompany and our 2016 Group One winner, Ventura Storm. Overall the whole experience is top notch, both on and off the racecourse, with regular stable visits with us and some fantastic days out racing.”

"What Middleham Park Racing offer is the chance for people to get into ownership, who may otherwise not be able to and their results speak for themselves"

Kevin Ryan

Horse racing is often referred to as the ‘Sport of Kings’, with wealthy owners dominating the fields worldwide and spending millions on their bloodstock empires. If you are an avid flat racing fan, you’ll be familiar with names such as Al Shaqab, Coolmore, Godolphin, Prince Khalid Abdullah, Qatar Racing to name but a few of the top owning enterprises.

Our colours regularly line up alongside such colossal opposition, taking the spoils on many an occasion, as you can see from the homepage photograph of Viren’s Army winning the Listed Dee Stakes at Chester.

"Being in the paddock wearing your owners badge at top class meetings is so thrilling!"

MPR Owner

2017 was a very successful year for us, producing our 2nd best year ever, with 91 winners, which is 28 more than in 2016. Tim says: “The facts never lie, it’s been another statistically impressive year for Britain’s most successful syndication company; nothing less than we’ve come to expect! A huge thank you goes out to all our owners and the whole MPR team who have made 2017 such a hugely successful and progressive year, typically exemplified by our phenomenal 2yo winners’ record”

51% of our runners won or were placed and, as Tim eludes to, 33 races were won by 2-year old's alone. Four horses won 4 times and 4 horses won 3 times. Two of the four-time winners, Richard Fahey's INDOMENEO and Mark Johnston's VENTURA KNIGHT will continue their racing this year as 3 year old's and we have the exciting son of Le Havre, TIGRE DU TERRE and Marco Botti's DARK ACCLAIM heading for Pattern races.

Six pieces of ‘black type’ were earned by our horses and we won £1,092,857 in prize money alone

In 2017, our owners experienced race days at the Newmarket Guineas meeting, the Chester May Festival, Ascot Victoria Cup day, the York Dante meeting, Epsom Oaks day, in the Newcastle Northumberland Plate, Haydock Lancashire Oaks day, Ascot ‘Super Saturday’, the Weatherbys Super Sprint at Newbury, King George day at Ascot, two races at the Shergar Cup at Ascot, in the Ebor at York, Leopardstown and The Curragh for Irish Champions weekend, the Cambridgeshire handicap at Newmarket, the Cesarewitch at Newmarket and the thrill of four runners at Royal Ascot.

We also provided race days around Europe; at Chantilly, Deauville, Dusseldorf, Maisons-Laffitte, Lyon, Meydan, Milan, Saint Cloud and Vichy offering owners some great 'weekend's away'!

Are you involved with us this year?

Our bloodstock team have been to all the best sales around Europe and we have some super 2 year old's to race this year. They have all been carefully placed with trainers all around the country, maintaining our high standards of offering for share holders. Richard Hannon and Richard Fahey continue their positions as the trainers who have our two largest strings on the flat. Alongside trainers such as Mark Johnston, Scotland's Champion trainer Keith Dalgleish, Sir Mark Prescott and Michael Bell in Newmarket amongst others, we have all locations covered.

With our 2017 winners total higher than any other UK syndicate, you really needn't look anywhere else for an all round racehorse ownership experience and the best chance of being a winning owner! See our available horses via this tab:
