We must say that this sums up perfectly the experiences we have had racing in France in the past few seasons! Having been 2nd in two Group 1 races, winning two Group 2, two Group 3 and two Listed races, our owners have experienced this hospitality from these races alone at Deauville, ParisLongchamp, Maisons-Laffitte, Saint-Cloud and Vichy. The race prize money is already generous, but if your horse qualifies for the extra 'Owners Premiums' it can make the result so much sweeter. You'll see in the accompanying gallery that we have also chartered a private plane on a number of occasions, which adds to the fun!
These premiums apply only to flat races run in France and they increase the owner’s prize money won by:
64% for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds
43% for 5-year-olds and older
We have seven 2 year olds which qualify and when racing, they will be eligible to receive this healthy bonus. They are as follows:
Keith Dalgleish - Outstrip filly
Richard Hannon - Both Dabirsim colts, Intello colt, Orpen filly and the Zoffany colt
Kevin Ryan - Bated Breath colt
You can see their details via this link: https://bit.ly/2RQNLEY Three are already sold out, so don't leave your decision making too long!
There are stable visits to Richard Hannon's and Kevin Ryan's stables stables coming up in the next few weeks, which means you could see some of them for yourself. (Keith Dalgleish stable visits are by appointment). The forthcoming visits are detailed on this page if you would like to book a place.
