Galilean Quality closed his juvenile campaign with a fine victory and a 25k Book 1 Bonus at Pontefract and picked up right where he left off.

Our son of Teofilo made all in the tactically difficult two-runner race and, despite still showing signs of greenness, kept finding under Pierre-Louis Jamin. The eventual second took him on in the back straight, and the pair got racing early around the bend, but Galilean Quality responded well and had stolen the lead by half a length as he straightened for home and proved not for catching, drawing clear deep inside the final furlong to win by 2 lengths.
