It was a wet and windy afternoon at Lingfield, but that didn’t stop our beautifully bred daughter of Dubawi from winning in good style, proving her stamina in the process. She broke well from stall one and was ridden prominently under Kieran Shoemark, before she disputed the lead turning for home and kept on in the closing stages to win by 2 ¼ lengths. A fantastic victory by our 3-year-old filly, who was unlucky last time out after she stumbled at the start and found the underfoot conditions too soft.
