EL KALDOUN is our 1,000th winner!

Many congratulations to his owners on a fine debut win in the bumper at Lingfield and thank you to Nico de Boinville and Nicky Henderson for giving us two reasons to celebrate today!

A special win for five of El Kaldoun’s owners, as he was their first ever winner and for one owner, his first share in a racehorse. That’s what we do this for, so here’s to many more winners for you all. Nicky Henderson kindly commented "Absolutely delighted to train Middleham Park Racing's 1000th winner with El Kaldoun at Lingfield today. They’re a great bunch of people to train for and Tom & Tim do a fantastic job sourcing such talented horses for us all to look after. Huge congratulations to all the MPR team!"

Tim, our founder says: "It's been a fantastic journey, from a hobby that got out of hand to an established and respected, leading syndication company. We're so proud to achieve this milestone and it is so fitting that it should occur on the All Weather; the AW is where we had our first winner and we've enjoyed, despite winning three Group 1 turf races, with two Champions and 37 other listed and pattern races, more successes at Wolverhampton's AW venue, than at any other track.

We're so very grateful to all our trainers, jockeys, stable staff, agents and of course our horses for helping us achieve such a milestone for a syndicate, but our owners in particular deserve the highest of praise for their loyal support over the last 23 years; many of whom were with us at the outset with our first horse and remain there for us today. We've a fantastic team of staff and of horses now too, so we're already looking forward to the first, of perhaps another 1000 winners. You never know your luck, maybe it could just happen!"

Tim, Mike, Tom, Charlotte, Sarah and Kate thank everyone for the lovely messages received today and will continue the hard work (maybe after a small celebratory sherry) to achieve the next 1,000 winners!
