SIRE: Kodiac, DAM: Light Glass (Lope de Vega) and half-brother to 1m winner Lafan (by Dandy Man)

At Middleham Park Racing, we are always searching for value for money for our owners, along with trying to find Saturday and Festival winners in waiting too, at time of purchase.

A sale such Goffs Uk has always offered value for money, combined with high class successes on the track. Clive Cox purchased the likes of Harry Angel and Golden Horde from this sale.

Furthermore, Kodiac is one of the sires of the moment. Some would argue that there is no better, at producing sharp, fast, quality 2yo’s that excel on the highest stage than Tally Ho’s flagship stallion. Lest we forget, Kodiac is the sire of KODI BEAR, no less, who Clive describes as “the best horse I have trained.”

Racing Update: Was due to run at Newbury in May before hopefully heading to Royal Ascot. Got worked up in the stalls and had to be withdrawn. The stalls were his nemesis all summer, but following a recent stalls’ test, he’s now overcome all his immaturity in that regard. Always been held in some regard by Clive Cox, he recently made his belated debut and ran a blinder, chasing home, in second, the 30/100 George Boughey trained favourite. Sure to come on no end for that pleasing debut, this £80,000 yearling is sure to go in to bigger and better things over the Winter and as a 3yo in 2023. TIMEFORM RATED 83p after debut. His race entries/declarations will show on this page.
