Purchased at THE sale for 2-year-old winners, the Goffs Premier Yearling Sale, this colt is by HARBOUR WATCH, who stood at the famous Tweenhills Stud. Sire of multiple Stakes winners/performers from his two crops, including Group 2 Prix Robert Papin winner, TIS MARVELLOUS and Group 2 Norfolk Stakes second, SANTRY. He was the unbeaten Timeform Champion 2yo and is by Champion sire and sire of sires ACCLAMATION. He was retired from stallion duties on veterinary advice in October 2017.

This colt qualifies for the 'Plus 10 Bonus' scheme which means should he win a class 4 maiden or novice he will earn an additional £10,000 on top of his normal win prize money. It's a fantastic initiative and we have already won over a dozen such bonuses with our MPR horses since its inception three seasons ago.

Bryan is really pleased with his progress as he turns 2. He is a great mover and floats along lovely. He remains a really good looking individual, just as he was as a yearling. He's been upsides and is very comfortable in so doing. Bryan even alludes to him as being quite an aggressive workhorse i.e. the sort of horse that gets really competitive when upsides a rival; now this has to be a fantastic sign for when we see him on track as a racehorse. We'll bring him along with a first half of the season debut in mind, his sire was precisely that, as well as being very talented and we would suggest our colt will emulate his sire in these regards. Fingers crossed anyway.

He's developing into a super looking, good moving 2yo. Bryan says "He's got substance and he is looking really good." He's a horse for the future i.e. This year and next, all being well, but we have to say, we are thrilled by his progress to date.

Latest Trainer Update: (7th June) A nice educational ride from Graham Lee this evening at Carlisle. Placing 4th on debut, he met a little trouble in running and was mentioned as an 'eye catcher' on Racing UK. He is one to watch next time out after showing greeness, but staying on very nicely.
