Winner 11 of 2026: ZIGGY’S CONDOR, trained by Richard Fahey and ridden by Ethan Tindall (7). The ‘Midnite: Built For 2026 Not 2006 Handicap’ over 6f at Newcastle.

Showing early speed from their high draw, the pair contested the lead slightly isolated in the centre of the track. Young Ethan Tindall managed to control the race from the front, and his incredibly willing partner Condor fought off all his opponents' attacks inside the final furlong. Our 5-year-old son of Havana Grey, showed great determination to hold on to get that much-deserved win by a neck.  An incredibly tough performance from our so consistent Ziggy’s Condor, under the very talented 7-pound claimer Ethan Tindall.

Timeform rated his resolute victory with a t84: "Hasn't been out the frame since last September and finally gained reward for his consistency reunited with this 7-lb claimer; close up, pushed along 2f out, led over 1f out, driven out."
