He sauntered home at Dieppe by a comfortable 2 lengths, jumping for fun and sprinting clear in the straight to win his 3yo hurdle. Watch his debut race win replay on ATR here: https://www.attheraces.com/racecard/Dieppe/22-May-2020/1230.
Since his winning debut, the runner up to Paros that day, has finished 3rd in a Listed hurdle and went on to win its subsequent start. The 3rd horse at Dieppe has won its only other, and subsequent start convincingly by 3.5 lengths, so the form has a rock rock solid feel to it.
If you click on the link of the Dieppe race (shown above), you can see how effortlessly he jumps and asserts, to put the race to bed, against some very talented rivals. One of his biggest assets, is his electric and fast jumping, he has the ability to make lengths in the air and it’s an asset that’s so so vital when racing against top class opposition.
Racing Update: He was a very expensive purchase from a France. Won his novice at Musselburgh and then finished 5th in the Aintree Grade 1 juvenile hurdle. Was all set to debut in December but fell at home, schooling and we needed to take a bone chip out of one of his knees. He’s fine now and will head for a Summer Jumps campaign. Jumps for fun abs fences should be the making of him. Loves decent ground and loves to bowl along in front. We think 2m is his trip, on decent ground, so who knows where that may take us; he’s already been 5th in a Grade 1 novice hurdle, lest we forget. TIMEFORM RATED: Hurdle 126. His race entries/declarations will show on this page.
