A thoroughly likeable mare, who Michael purchased her back at the Tattersalls February HIT sale for 10,000gns; primarily for the apprentices to ride in races and learn their craft and to learn how to race ride winners.
We’re big supporters, at MPR, of apprentices (Flat) and conditionals (Jumps) and helping bring them through for the future of the game. We gave Tom Marquand his first ride in public on Here For Good, Hollie Doyle, (7) at the time, won umpteen races on Aguerooo, Rossa Ryan (7) rode his first race in GB on a horse for us, Freddie Gingell (7) was 2nd on Red Risk in The Lanzarote, so here’s a great addition to the MPR ranks to help bring new, young talent through, from Michael’s Newmarket yard. She won’t be exclusively ridden by apprentices, we’ll dovetail senior jockeys in too, to keep Miss Harmony on her toes.
Racing Update (9th April): Michael is pleased with her at home and she should be ready to start her season in a couple of weeks. Some racing fun, whilst acting as philanthropist, for tomorrow’s riding talent, she’s a very affordable, with no real long-term commitment, opportunity. Her race entries/declarations, will show on this page.
