King Of The Kippax
Purchased from Ireland's premier sale; The Goffs Orby, this colt is by the former Champion European 3-Year-Old and multiple Group 1 and Classic winning stallion, ALMANZOR, a son of the equally superb sire WOOTTON BASSETT.
Out of a LISTED winning, Dansili mare, this colt is regally bred, and progressively regally bred, so befitting an inmate of the master of Fitzroy House, Michael Bell, who excels with horses whose pedigree and form develop, as their career progresses. From the family of 13 black type performers, this athletic, loose moving colt, looks set to thrive, once he encounters 8f and then 10f as a 3yo, hopefully culminating in racing at the big festivals of British racing or just possibly, if his parentage is anything to go by, competing in Group and Classic races 2022. He’s in the hands of a Derby and Oaks winning trainer, so who better to mastermind his career?

Trainer Update (21st April): His new racing name is being formalised and Michael couldn’t be more pleased with him at home, he’s particularly thriving and continues to do so, belying his pedigree, in fact he performed far better than his companions this week, pulling away from them. Michael says: "Your ALMANZOR EX TIMEPECKER colt did his first easy bit of work on the grass last week. He moved particularly well with a very good attitude and was very pleasing to watch." For some reason, he appears well ahead of schedule and seems to be coping with the sort of work that a more precociously bred 2yo would perform. He has a good action and is is a fine, easy moving colt with a good temperament and a great mind on him - something very important in a juvenile's progress. At the moment, you just wouldn’t rule anything out, with this impressive individual. See the latest video of him below. LAST FEW SHARES REMAINING!
Here is he working this morning on the gallops. "It was his first piece of faster work on the grass and he went nicely." Michael told us:
