This well bred filly joins us from the Goffs UK Breeze Up Sale. She is out of a half-sister to multiple stakes winner WINDHOEK and from the family of dual Group 1 winner SPECIAL RING. By the sire of sires, INVINCIBLE SPIRIT. Read about him and his 20 Group 1 Winners, here: https://irishnationalstud.ie/stallion/invincible-spirit/
One of the strongest cachets in racing, is the Invincible Spirit blood line, whether that be as a sire, a sire of sires, sire of race fillies or as a broodmare sire. It’s just about as blue blooded as you can get and is massively sought after.
Add to that beautiful pedigree, this filly also timed the 6th quickest filly of the entire Goffs Uk 187 Breeze Up cohort. She careered through the line and was super strong on the gallop out.

We’ve had notable success in conjunction with Bansha House and Ann Duffield before. Ann has trained us well over 60 winners in the 22 years we’ve had horses with her. Con Marnane’s Bansha House breezers are not gunned at home, they’re brought along with their race career in mind, rather that peaking for just the breeze alone. So for this filly to time the 6th quickest, is some real achievement indeed, all things considered; unbelievable really!
We’re limiting this syndicate to a maximum of 10 shareholders of 10%, although a naming rights share can be acquired for a 20% (two tenths) purchase. Anyone purchasing 3 or more 10% shares can have their name on the race card, in addition.
Bred in the purple she breezed fabulously and we can’t wait to see her on track. She’s settled in beautifully at Ann’s picturesque North Yorkshire stables, just outside Middleham. She cantered through this morning. She will breeze 5f on Wednesday, gallop again on Saturday to top up her fitness and then she should be ready to run.
Instant action and being by Invincible Spirit, she ought to retain a huge residual value, post her racing career. She’s a no brainer
She is nominated for the €100,000 Goffs Sportsman’s Challenge over six furlongs at Naas Racecourse on 16th September 2022. Read about that race here: https://www.goffs.com/news/goffs-introduce-100-000-sportsmans-challenge-race-at-naas.
Training Update (22nd May): She is pleasing Ann at home and George, her husband and of course former professional jockey has been riding her. Ann says: "The lovely Invincible Spirit filly really picked up well when the other filly came up behind her. She has a great attitude and posseses a good turn of foot too." See the video of her on the gallops below (grey sleeves.) Ann has now given her two entries for next week and her lovely new name is now official. Her race entries/declarations will show on this page.
