"It is often said that racehorse ownership is the preserve of the rich and famous. I am neither but because of MPR I have been able to indulge my passion for horse racing in a way I never imagined possible. Over the past fifteen years I have been incredibly lucky to have had small share in a number of winning MPR horses but it was my association with two MPR legends Blackheath and Royal Dignitary that provided so many memorable moments.  In total they ran 171 times in the MPR colours and visited the winner’s enclosure an amazing 30 times. Digger’s strike rate of 30% and 18 wins making him the second most winning MPR horse of all time. Each ran for a remarkable seven seasons, winning for the last time at the ripe old ages of 12 and 11. For me to go racing as one of their owners was such a privilege and above all tremendous fun.  "
