For our return to Brian Meehan we are able to offer this impeccably bred Rahy yearling filly. She has a quite outstanding pedigree that contains 9 Group 1 winners and 15 Group winners in total. She could well be very classy for us for the second half of 2007 and throughout 2008. The horse was bought at the premier yearling sales Tattersalls Newmarket in October. The purchase price was 120,000gns  which gives her every chance of hitting the very top grade on the racecourse. With her outstanding pedigree she will make a broodmare too.

Rahy is a sensational sire having produced the likes of Fantastic Light, Hawksley Hill, Noverre and wonder racemare Serena's Song who won 10 Group 1 races in the USA. The dam ASHRAAKAT is a full sister to Group 1 winning sire ELNADIM. A filly like this needs to be trained by a Group Race winning trainer and Brian fits the bill perfectly having trained a plethora of Group winners including the Champion Stakes, Dubai Duty Free and Eclipse winner DAVID JUNIOR and Breeder's Cup winner RED ROCKS. He has also won the £300,000 St Leger Yearlings 2yo race for the last 3 years running.

We have agreed to lease the horse from her current owner for the duration of 2007 and 2008 until the end of her 3yo career. All proceeds from prize money will be divided between syndicate members and essentially the concept of leasing will work exactly as per our usual ownership syndicates but without the initial upfront purchase cost.
