The Partnership and you, the individual - These are not syndicates where you are lost in the crowd. This is real ownership in a small group of partners. Middleham Park Racing retain a share in the horses so therein lies our commitment. Each owner is a registered owner at the central racing office, The British Horseracing Board, Northants. We can be contacted at any time regarding any aspect of the partnership. We will be in twice weekly contact with our trainers, more so when the horse is in action, and we look forward to regular chats with you. Webelieve that good communication is one of the keys to the successful running of partnerships. We ask owners to commit to an initial 12 months period, quite simply to give the trainer and the horse a fair crack of the whip, as it were! After that period of time you are free stay or to move on and you can pass your share on to whomsoever you wish. It is certainly not the intention to sell the horses after 12 months.

This is what you recieve for your money:

•An ownership share (including share certificate) of your chosen horse (to include your 2.5% or 5% of all owner's prize money and of any future sale value).

• A regular newsletter giving the latest information about the horse.

• Genuinely 'open access' i.e. We are only a phone call away 9am-9pm.

• Free entry to the race-course when our horse runs.

• The chance to offer opinions regarding the horse's racing plans.

• Stable visits; when you want e.g. every Sunday if you so desire.

• Snippets of information about our stable's horses.

• Access to our very own, owners information line.
