Ray Purchase brings up our 2nd winner in January

RAY PURCHASE (aka Ray Bl**dy Purchase), proved the ‘toast of Southwell’ following his authoritative 4.5 lengths victory this afternoon under Andrew Mullen for Keith Dalgleish. He looks like he’ll win again and could prove the “Toast Of London” if he follows up at either Kempton or Lingfield! Making all, he powered away from the field in his first time visor. He seemed to love the surface too-we were unsure whether he would act on it and had no Lethal Force progeny stats to give us a pointer, but this result answers the question!

He’s our 2nd winner of 2018, in addition to our four 2nd placed finishes. In fact, of our 19 runners in January, 14 have finished in the first four.
