We have only just acquired the horse with Patrick Haslam. Until recently the horse was owned by Mrs Jacobs and has been in training since a yearling with Patrick. Unfortunately the horse has not lived up to the lofty heights of Mrs Jacobs' Kinnaird, Marousie's Wings, Linas Selection etc. As a result the horse became available. Patrick still has every faith in the horse, although it is fair to say that the horse won't be a group winner. He offered the horse to us and we think we have a real fun acquisition on our hands. We think he can win races for us under both Flat and NH rules. He will not be rushed though since he is a big strong horse who will progress with time. His size and presence is the reason why he has only run once to date. He has been a bit backward. We will probably see him next on the track in the New Year and he will have a thorough 3yo campaign in 2007 as a genuine dual purpose sort. He is a fun horse who would be ideal for the first time owner wanting a horse to run regularly under both codes for 2007.
